OAK in the Community
OAK Services Group proudly and actively supports youth development and mentoring programs and opportunities for young men and women in communities throughout Australia.
Through strong and successful partnerships with likeminded organisations including Kadyn Civil & Drainage, Puwampi Aboriginal Corporation and Traden Trade & Construction School, we are proudly investing, both physically and monetary, in providing important training, apprenticeships, qualifications, mentoring, life experiences and future career options for young men and women across the country, often from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The Youth Mentoring, Development & Apprenticeships program provides a select group of young men and women each year with full-time employment (including opportunities through OAK Services Group), whilst developing practical skills and knowledge towards securing their Certificate III in Civil Construction and additional Statements of Attainment.
Apprentices participate in regular physical and mental health and wellness sessions, personal development initiatives and community service work, all under the professional guidance and support of highly passionate and qualified trainers and mentors.
Through our Youth Mentoring, Development & Apprenticeships program, we provide high quality, reliable workforce and labour hire solutions to our clients in a range of sectors across Australia, which in turn, also provides more opportunities for the young men and women involved in the community-focused program.

OAK Services Group on board HMAS Choules at Garden Island
OAK Services Group’s strong working relationship with highly valued client Atlantic & Peninsula Australia, is providing hands-on opportunities for young male and female apprentices, whilst also delivering effective and reliable solutions on board the Royal Australian Navy’s HMAS Choules.
$22,000 donated to help Save Our Kids from Suicide (SOKS)
Together with our likeminded partners, OAK Services Group is proud to have been a major supporter of the SOKS (Save Our Kids from Suicide) fundraiser campaign that generated a donation of $22,000 to help continue to provide important youth suicide prevention and education programs in the community.
“There’s nothing more important than saving kids lives and we are very pleased to have played our part in helping to raise additional awareness and funds for such a very important cause,” said OAK Services Group Managing Director, Glenn Stewart.
